Saturday Sangha
Offered by diverse lineage of teachers from various Buddhist traditions
Every Saturday at 4:30PM PT | Held In-Person & Online | 4312 SE Stark St, Portland OR
During this time, we are called to return to our place of practice more than ever. We return to our community of like-minded friends to recall our inner and outer resources, cultivating mindfulness and lovingkindness for the possibility of peace and liberation.
Our environment is one of exploration of the many ways to reach one’s spiritual aspiration of true liberation. We do not adhere to one lineage, and we do not have a single spiritual leader. We have three core teachers, as well as rotating teachers from many Buddhist traditions, who come and share their teachings and meditation practices.

Wake Up Together
Morning Meditation with Trina Truong
Live, everyday | 6:30AM Pacific Time | Held Online via Zoom
Wake Up Together is an online meditation community that was established in 2020 by Trina Truong with the mission to help support individuals in maintaining their meditation practice through practicing in an accessible community that meets every day, virtually. While the teachings and meditation practices are rooted in the Vipassana-Insight tradition and Thich Nhat Hanh Zen tradition, the gentle and heartfelt approach offers a sense of inclusivity and warmth for all who seek to practice meditation and self-awareness. This is a space that meditators come to know as welcoming to all spiritual truths on the path.
The live guided meditations and teachings are offered freely. Suggested donation is from $10-$30. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Consider donating what you are able to.

Neuro Sangha
Lead Facilitator: Monte Bassow
Every 2nd & 4th Tuesdays from 8PM PT | Meeting Online via Zoom
What is Neuro Sangha - A space for neurodiverse folk to connect online through mindfulness, in ways respectful of our different manners of thinking and being. We embrace and respect a wide variety of neurodivergence and aim to be a refuge for brains that work differently from what society expects.
Typical meetings include two non-guided 10-minute meditations (need not be sitting), sharing our meditation experience, and exploring different meditation practices.
As we grow, we expect that format will change as we get input from participants.
